What is your delivery area?

We are located in Northern Bergen County, New Jersey and service all of Bergen County, NJ and Rockland County, NY . We deliver to locations in Passaic County ,NJ and Orange County, NY for an additional charge.

If you don’t live in our delivery area, give us a call and we will see what we can do.

What time and days do you deliver?

We will deliver and set up the display of your choice during the day typically between 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. All times are pre-arranged with you. We found it is more fun for your honoree to come home from work or school to a yard full of surprises!  Night deliveries can also be arranged also between 8:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
We will work with you to the best of our ability to make a delivery at your desired time. 

Rental packages are for one night. They include delivery, set up/yard design, pick up.

How tall are your displays?

All displays come with a 4 foot tall personalized marquee board and the individual critters vary between 1 foot and 2 feet tall.

What if I want to move the signs?

Please do not attempt to move the display. If you would like it moved to a different location in your yard, please call and we will be happy to assist you. A delivery fee may apply for each time that we have to come out and move the sign. If you have special instructions on where to place the display please notify us when you are making the reservation.

Can I mow, trim and water my lawn?

FOR LAWN DISPLAYS: Watering is fine, please do not try to mow around the display, or take it down for mowing. If you wish to have the display removed before the rental time is up, please call us (201-564-0099) and we will be happy to come and remove it for you.

What if the sign(s) become damaged?

Our signs are very tough. If however, you notice any damage as a result of severe weather, please notify us immediately.
Our signs are not designed to withstand climbing by children. Please, for your children’s safety, do not allow them to play on or near the signs.
If any vandalism or theft occurs, please contact us immediately.


How long are the sign rentals for?

LAWN DISPLAYS: are only available for one night and $20.00 for each additional day. 

What does the price include?

DISPLAY rental prices include delivery and setup of the personalized message board and critters.

Do I need a reservation and how soon can you deliver?

LAWN DISPLAYS: we can reserve a display on a first come first served basis. For last minute orders, we can usually deliver any where from 12 to 48 hours if the display is available.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We Do Require Payment before Delivery.

What if another display is already setup in the yard?

If we arrive to setup a lawn display and find that another company has ALREADY setup a display in the yard, we will use our judgement to see if a second display is appropriate. We will NOT move another company’s property to make room for ours. If the yard is too small and we feel we do not have room to create an attractive display, we will NOT setup. We will contact you when appropriate (we won’t call in the middle of the night).  There will be a travel fee of $30.00

What is your refund policy?

All rentals must be paid in advance with Credit Card (Pay Pal). You will receive a full refund if the following applies: You cancel your lawn rental at least 24 hours in advance or extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your display. You will receive a partial refund if we are unable to deliver a lawn display. 

You will NOT receive a refund if the following applies:
• The homeowner stops us from setting up the display.
• The homeowner calls us and asks us to remove the display.
• You give us less than 24 hours notice to cancel your order.
• You have given us the wrong address or date.
• We cannot set up the display because of a gated community/security guard that will not allow us access.
• The homeowner has a dog in the yard.
• Ground is to hard due to rock or hard soil.
• Or any other reason we cannot set up the display that is beyond our control.

Please let someone in the household know that we will be on the property that day to set up the surprise. 

Note: You will be held liable for any sign damage or lawn display disappearance during the scheduled rental time. Missing or damaged lawn display items will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount.
